Step 3: Site Selection & Availability Check

Based on your preferences, we:

• Share a list of available board sites

• Offer site photos

• Allow site visits (on request) for high-value campaigns

Step 4: Proposal & Quotation

We send a formal proposal that includes:

• Campaign duration (weekly/monthly/yearly)

• Media type & number of slots

• Artwork specs and deadlines

• Cost breakdown

• Optional add-ons (design support, multi-board discounts)

Step 5: Contract & Payment

Once the proposal is approved:

• A contract is signed

• Payment is processed (partial or full based on the agreement)

• Client receives a calendar and timeline for launch

Step 6: Artwork Submission or Design

• Clients can submit ready-to-use creatives that match our board specs

• Or request design services from our in-house team (extra fee)

We ensure the artwork is optimized for visibility and compliance.

Step 7: 24 hrs Deployment & Go-Live

• Your advert is deployed on the selected boards

• You’ll receive a deployment report (photos/videos of the live ads)

• We monitor and maintain board quality throughout the campaign duration
